Access information

The Regional Arts Victoria head office can be found at Level 3, 370 Little Bourke St in the Melbourne CBD, between Elizabeth St and Queen St. The street inclines from Elizabeth St toward Queen St, and is one way to traffic running east to west.

Accessing our building requires one step up and passage through a manual door to access the foyer. There is then step-free access to all parts of our office via a lift. We have two gender-neutral toilets which are not fitted with grab bars or mobility aids, and are not wheelchair accessible.

If any of these barriers would prevent you from accessing our office, please contact the person you’re meeting (or call Reception on 03 9644 1800) so that we can talk about how we will accommodate your needs, including meeting elsewhere.

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. Many of our staff observe Quiet Fridays, work part time, or travel often, and may be difficult to catch at their desks at times. We encourage you to call ahead and if you can’t get the person you want, leave a voicemail – our phone numbers are all listed on our Meet the Team page.
