Regional Arts Victoria AGM – Members Invited

The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Regional Arts Victoria will be held:

When: 12pm for 12.15pm, 4 May 2023
Who: Quorum of 10+ RAV Members and RAV Board. Members can register to attend by clicking the registration link in their email invite, sent on 4 April 2023. Read our 2022 Annual Report

Regional Arts Victoria’s Board includes six seats appointed by the Board and six seats for elected members of RAV. At the 2023 Annual General Meeting, four of the elected Board seats will become vacant. RAV has received four eligible nominations to fill vacant positions, therefore a ballot will not be run prior to the Annual General Meeting.

A quorum of 10 members is required at the AGM, so we ask Members to please keep a small amount of time free to come along to this online event and support the RAV Board of Directors and Staff. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to nominate a proxy.
