Regional Arts Victoria individual members and nominated voters from our organisation members have been sent a link on 2 April 2024 to RSVP or to nominate a proxy to attend the meeting. A Zoom link for the meeting will be sent to those who have RSVPed on 1 May 2024.

Regional Arts Victoria’s Board includes six seats appointed by the Board and six seats for elected members of RAV. At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, two of the elected Board seats will become vacant.
In 2024 Regional Arts Victoria has received one nomination for the Board. Read nominee Karla Conway’s biography here.
Board nominees should align with RAV’s values: Leadership, Care, Transformation, Equity and Celebration. Nominees should also be available to attend meetings: the Board meets four times a year and all Board members participate in additional committee and strategic planning sessions.
At the AGM, Members will also be asked to vote on a proposed change to eligibility for membership of RAV. The RAV Board believes that it is important that RAV responds to the changing nature of creative organisations in regional Victoria and proposes that clause 14.2(3) requiring member organisations to be a not-for-profit or charitible organistion is struck from the constitution. A quorum of 10 members is required at the AGM, so we ask Members to please keep 3 minutes free to come along to this online event and support the RAV Board of Directors and Staff. If you are unable to attend please nominate a proxy.
