Malcolm Sanders has been working as a Regional Manager in the central region since August 2013 in partnership with the City of Ballarat and supported through the Regional Arts Fund.
In 2021 Malcom’s role shifted to Senior Manager Regional Partnerships, in addition to supporting and fostering creative initiatives in central Victoria he has worked to develop and support the team of Regional Managers across the state.
Over the 11 years Malcolm has been with Regional Arts Victoria, he has delighted in making a contribution to the growth of creative practice in the region.
“What I have loved the most is to be able to be a point of support and advice for artists, arts organisations and community groups across the state. It’s been an honour to contribute in some small part to the growth of artistic practice in the region. I leave with a real sense of pride of the diversity and excellence of regional practice that now exists in Victoria.”
We wholeheartedly thank Malcolm for his work and dedication to the role and wish him well for the next chapter of his work in communities.
Malcolm’s last day will be 14 June 2024.
