Added Combined (Public and Products) Liability Insurance to your Individual or Small Creative Organisation Membership
Would like Association Liability Insurance or Personal Accident for Volunteer Workers cover included at no extra cost with your not-for-profit Small Creative Organisation Membership
Would like Volunteer Workers Insurance included at no extra cost with your for-profit Small Creative Organisation Membership.

The Insurance Application form must be completed to receive your insurance certificate(s) of currency.
