Would like Association Liability Insurance or Personal Accident for Volunteer Workers cover included at no extra cost with your not-for-profit Small Creative Organisation Membership
Would like Volunteer Workers Insurance included at no extra cost with your for-profit Small Creative Organisation Membership.

The Insurance Application form must be completed to receive your insurance certificate(s) of currency.
