The Queenscliffe Literary Festival Inc is a niche festival, with stand-alone events held across all weekends in May.

Now in its second year, the 2016 festival theme is ‘Journeys’ and will encompass the literal and literary, historic, contemporary, artistic, local and journeys afar, enabling a vibrant series of discussions between authors and guests of actual journeys, character journeys, and authors’ journeys.

The festival is a not-for-profit event run entirely by volunteers, embracing all sectors of the community, with a range of authors presenting from different age groups and backgrounds. The festival prides itself on offering a wide selection of acclaimed, rising star authors and local authors of Australian fiction and non-fiction.
