I am an independent dance teacher based in Ballarat, Victoria. I trained in Classical Ballet with Bryan Lawrence and Janet Karin from the age of four. Other influential teachers included Joanne Priest, Michelle Potter and Julie Dyson. During my professional career, I danced with Expressions - Queensland Dance Theatre (Maggie Sietsma), One Extra (Kai Tai Chan) and Darc Swan (Chris Jannides).

I have taught at a number of local and regional dance schools leading classes in Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Progressing Ballet Technique and body conditioning. I have coached students in RAD syllabus and VET Dance Certificate levels. I also have seven years experience as a dance school Assistant Director and was involved in the Ballarat International Foto Biennale for four years, holding the post of Secretary of the Board for two years.

I continue (when time permits) to pursue my own ongoing education and training but I'm always willing to share my love of dance with all those who wish to learn.
