CAA – Wyndham Community Arts Alliance Inc
Some of our 2012 activities and events included:
- 90% of studio spaces were used on average (e.g. visual artists, writers, egg-shell artists.
- Life-Drawing classes held every week during school terms
- 3 exhibitions (inc CAA's Contemporary Arts Prize)
- Maori music, song and dance groups rehearsals for community events
- Te Karangatahi - Maori WAKA builders completing boat construction
- Theatre groups use Common Room for rehearsals (e.g. The Zipper by B.Clancy)
- Arts-Round-Ups at local radio station WYN-FM
