Barbara Zavros is a professional opera singer. She has performed extensively with Opera Australia's Oz Opera and Victorian Opera. In 2012 she was the winner of the Herald Sun Aria. Barbara has been a finalist in Opera Foundation Australia's German and New York Opera Scholarships, 2010 Opera Awards and 2004 Australian Singing Compeitition. 

Afte completing Bachelor of Music Performance at the Victorian College of the Arts, Barbara was awarded a full scholarship to complete Masters of Music and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. As an artist, Barbara is represented by Arts Managemnt, Sydney Australia.

Barbara also teaches privately from Reservoir and Doreen. Her students have undertaken AMEB, ANZCA and VCE Examinations, and some are now contnuing their tertiary vocal studies at the University of Melbourne and Monash University.
