Yea Arts exists to grow the creative community in Yea. It is working towards a home and creative are within Yea for its local creatives. It also exists to help any local artist to bring their ideas to fruition. Yea Arts consists of a number of sections. The first section is Showtime which brings touring shows to Yea throughout the year. These shows are for adults and also for primary school. Our second group is our local theatre group 'Yappers' which produces at least one show a year. Our third group is a fine arts group which is a group of local creatives working towards developing a supportive environment to allow them to develop their craft. The fourth is to develop programs in lighting and sound for teenagers to learn and develop their skills in this area. The fifth is to work with our local Shire to develop our station precinct as a home for the arts.
