Portland CEMA Inc (Council for Encouragement of Music and the Arts) is a volunteer community arts organisation which has been active in Portland since 1945.

Creative and like-minded people gather to act, play ukulele, read poetry, paint, print-make, leadlight, quilt, turn wood or help run the historic Curator's Cottage in the Portland Botanical Gardens.

Groups operate under the CEMA umbrella in three Glenelg Shire owned venues; the Portland Arts Centre, Julia Street Creative Space and the Curator's Cottage.
