All Regional Arts Victoria Members are encouraged to list their event in our What’s On calendar. Simply login to your Member Profile and click on “Add Event”

We review your listing to make sure it’s looking great, and links are working before it goes live.

Visit Victoria

Visit Victoria provides you with the opportunity to create and maintain event listings on the Visit Victoria website.

Ticketing Platforms

There are many ticketing platforms that allow free listings but will take a percentage fee from any paid ticketing events. Explore which one may be right for you. We do not endorse any however, here are a few to start off with:

  • Humanitix
  • Eventfinda
  • TryBooking
  • Eventbrite

Council Event Listings

If you have a free community accessible event, your local council or the council where your event is being held is an excellent place to help you promote it. Visit their websites or call the council to find out how.

Paid Listings

ArtsHub

If you are an organisation member of ArtsHub you can upload free event listings
to their What’s On section.

Non-Members can upload events from $22 (as of 1 July 2024).

One Hour Out

One Hour Out is a website platform for what’s happening in regional Victoria.

Contact them for a quote for event listings as some may be free and others are paid depending on the type of event. They can also run interest based editorial stories.

Local Paper

Many small local papers offer advertising for events for as little as $50. Search the local paper in your area to get their ad sizes and rates. Create short and succinct detail only copy, include what, where, when and contact details.
