As a Gallery Officer, you will be the welcoming face of the Gallery, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and supporting the smooth running of events, programs, and day to day operations. You will work front of house every second weekend and play a key role during the week across finance, communications, events, retail, and volunteer coordination.

You will bring strong administrative skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, including website updates, social media and electronic communications platforms, finance systems, and basic design tools. Your warm, customer focused approach will support gallery shop sales, assist with functions and events, and help build positive relationships with the valued volunteer team.
