Comedy Victoria was established in 2021 to help comedy writers, producers and performers. It is lead by independent producers in regional Victoria, delivering the Women of Wit tour, Bendigo Comedy Festival, BallaRatCat Comedy, Laugh For Lifeline, individual solo shows and workshops, while improving access to booking comedy films, kids shows, improv, writing classes, PowerPoint comedy, mime and stand-up, among others. Our goal is to help regional acts with unique opportunities and education, and improve community mental health though shared laughter at their local theatre or community centre. Comedy Victoria is a registered not-for-profit.
