Support Act Mini: Boundaries
Protect your peace without pushing people away.
This session explores what healthy boundaries look like in working life and why they are essential for wellbeing.
We examine different boundary styles (rigid, loose and flexible) and how our personal history shapes the way we communicate our needs.
Through interactive exercises like the Shark or Puppy activity and a real-world case study, participants learn how to articulate and maintain boundaries with assertiveness and self-assuredness. The workshop includes with practical scripts, recommended resources, and guidance on where to seek ongoing support.
