Songs for Halls

Songs inspired by our life and experiences in beautiful Victoria and a special song written for your town.

Touring as part of the 2026 Touring Services Program

Award-winning singer-songwriters Charles Jenkins & David Cosma perform an intimate show showcasing original songs about land and country, suburbs, country towns, and life in Australia. The climax of the show is a song performed on the night, specifically written for the hall/town they are performing in.

Their performances focus on all things local to the beautiful state of Victoria, with songs about the town’s landmarks and local and indigenous history. Stories of love and loss, inspired by life in Victoria. Before each performance, David and/or Charles visit each town to gather inspiration and stories to create a new song about the town, which is premiered during the performance. At the end of the tour, the new songs are recorded to create an album specific to Regional Victoria.

The performance can be supported with a set from a local musician, creating a whole night out for the community.
