Two years ago, Regional Arts Victoria, in partnership with creative sector specialists Future Tense, were entrusted with delivering the Making Change Creative Industries Strategy 2021-2026 engaging communities across the Barwon and Surf Coast region. Making Change was a two-year program funded through Creative Victoria, which has now been successfully completed. The program has achieved significant outcomes for the creative community, and we are proud of the work accomplished during this period. A comprehensive evaluation of the Making Change project is available to read here.
While the funded program has concluded, RAV remains committed to supporting creative communities across regional Victoria through our continued on-the-ground presence.
Stacie Bobele, the Manger for the Making Change program, will continue working with RAV on organisational development, contributing to broader organisational goals across the state. As a resident of the Surf Coast region, Stacie remains locally based and welcomes conversations about creative projects in the area.
Stacie will undertake special engagement projects with Surf Coast Shire and Golden Plains Shire, and is available to provide Regional Arts Fund (RAF) advice through RAV’s online booking system.
If you have subscribed to Making Change and would still like to stay in touch with creative practice and opportunities in Regional Victoria, please subscribe to RAV’s Enews.
