2026 Membership Drive Prizes

1. Valid Entries into the Prize Promotion

1.1 Regional Arts Victoria (RAV) Members who join and renew their Membership between 30 July 2026 to 24 September 2026 inclusive will be automatically entered into the prize draw.  Payment for RAV Membership’s must be received in full by 28 September 2026 to be eligible for entry.

1.2 Payments for RAV Memberships received outside the above dates are not eligible for entry to the 2026 Membership Prize Promotion

1.3 Payments received for other RAV products and services will not be eligible for an entry to the 2026 Membership Prize Promotion.

1.4 A Member of RAV is defined as an individual or organisation who:
a. Meets the eligibility of RAV Membership
b. Has paid the relevant Membership Fee
c. Has been approved as a Member by RAV.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Individual and Organisation members of RAV are eligible to receive entries into the prize promotion.

2.2. Eligible entries will be recorded in the prize promotion once full Membership payment has been received.

2.3 Regional Arts Victoria Staff and Board Members are not eligible to enter the Membership Prize Promotion.

3. Prize Draw

3.1 The prize draw will take place on Thursday 15 October 2026.

3.2 The prize draw will be conducted be a RAV Staff member through an online random selection process.

3.3 All prize winners will be notified in writing by email before Thursday 22 October 2026.

3.4 Prize winner selection is final; no correspondence will be entered in to.

3.5 Winners of all prizes over $1,000 will have their names published at www.rav.net.au for 28 days

3.6 RAV will take reasonable efforts to contact each winner for delivery of their prize. All prizes will be transferred to the winners by Thursday 19 November 2026.

3.7 If attempts to contact the winner is unsuccessful by Thursday 19 November 2026 a second draw for the unclaimed prize will take place.

3.8 Member Organisation prize winners will be contacted through the ‘Primary Contact’ listed on the membership.  

3.9 Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged.

4. Cancellation of Membership

4.1 Members can cancel at any time in writing to [email protected].

4.2 Part year refunds are not issued for Membership cancellations.

4.3 Memberships cancelled prior to Thursday 15 October 2026 will have the entry into the 2026 Membership Prize Promotion withdrawn.

5.  Privacy

5.1 Personal information collected for the purposes of becoming a Member of RAV (such as address and contact details) is securely stored by RAV. Members’ payment data is processed by a third party and is not retained by RAV.  Regional Arts Victoria’s privacy policy can be found here: https://www.rav.net.au/privacy-policy/

5.2 RAV reserves the right to publish the names of Members in RAV’s communications including but not limited to website, social media and enews.

5.3 Member information will not be provided, or used by, Businesses who have provided prizes for the 2026 Membership Prize Promotion.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute occurs between RAV and a Member, RAV will aim to objectively, discreetly and promptly resolve the issue using the dispute resolution method described in our Membership Terms and Conditions.
