A sweet weekend in the Tropics!

Crossroad Arts has partnered with two other leading Queensland arts organisations and Dancenorth from Townsville and Undercover Artist (Access) from Brisbane to produce C.R.U.S.H, an exciting 3 days of workshops in contemporary movement, performance and theatre making!

C.R.U.S.H is now in its third year, and are seeking applications from regional Australian artists with disability or who are D/deaf for to apply for funds up to $2,000 to contribute towards travel, accommodation and attendance fees for C.R.U.S.H.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants:

• Must live in regional or rural Australia
• Identify as having disability or who are D/deaf
• Be 15 years or older
• Be available to travel to Mackay QLD and attend C.R.U.S.H on Thursday 8 October – Monday 12 October 2026
• Must have never received the travel scholarship before

Please note: Experience in performing arts is not essential but demonstrating a keen interest in learning and up skilling in contemporary performance will be looked upon favourably.

SCHOLARSHIP- WHAT WE OFFER

• Attendance fees for weekend wavered
• Contribution of up to $2,000 towards travel and accommodation expenses

Please note: Workshop fees for Support Workers will also be wavered but travel/ accommodation contribution is only for the individual attending
