All Individual, Organisation and Supporter members need to renew every August for the October to October . A unique link to an online renewal form will be sent to the main contact’s email address. For further information on this process, please choose your membership category below.
HOW TO RENEW
All individual Members now share the same renewal date: 31 October, and need to renew in August each year.
Each year in August, all Individual Members receive an email with their renewal link. Please check your SPAM inbox if you cannot locate this email.
Insurance lapses after 31 days if the renewal is not received and paid. To reactivate Membership and Insurance after 31 days, please contact us by email, do not submit a new application.
Late renewals between November and February attract the full annual fee.

If you’re a member of a Regional Arts Victoria Organisation Member, you are eligible for discounted Individual Membership. Please ask the Organisation you are associated with for further information.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RENEW?
If you renew by 9 September –
Timely renewal due date | 9 September |
Payment deadline | 13 September |
Documentation will be sent to Members | 31 October |
Insurance Continuity | Insurance continuity is ensured from 31 October when current policies expire |
If you renew after 9 September –
Late renewal due date | 20 October |
Payment deadline | 28 October |
Documentation will be sent to Members | After 15 November |
Insurance Continuity | Insurance certificates will be re-issued with a start date of 31 October, however please be aware that the certificates will not be sent until 15 November. |
If you are not in a position to renew Membership or Insurance in October, you can re-apply at a later time. Should you decide to reinstate your Membership or Insurance at a later stage, please contact us to request your pre-filled renewal link, rather than starting a new application.
Once renewed, your membership is current until 31 October, and will continue to renew in October of each year.
ADDING INSURANCE TO EXISTING MEMBERSHIP
To add Combined Liability Insurance to your Membership, please do so using your renewal form, or request a link from the Membership Team anytime during the year.
