Tracy Wise is an award winning, multidisciplinary artist of the Barkindji Ngiyampaa Maligundidjt (Wotjobaluk) heritage. Based on Latji Latji Country. She began her artistic journey in 2015 alongside her mother, Mary Wise, with both using art as a means of healing, cultural exploration, and sharing knowledge. In 2020, Tracy embraced a five-year solo journey to deepen her connection with country, mob, and ancestors, shaping her practice into a well-known artistic expression through Jewellery, Weaving and Digital Art. Tracy’s art invites audiences to connect with country, community, and ancestors, honouring a rich tapestry of tradition while fostering contemporary creative expression. She contributes to regional arts with a steady focus on empowerment, cultural resilience, and meaningful, collaborative outcomes.
