I have been living in Ballarat since 2021 and since that time have slowly found my way into the arts community, firstly through music, then poetry, then facilitating a Playback Theatre workshop and recently as a director of a 12 minute play. I have been writing and performing my music since 1996. I write songs about life and love and social issues and have been contracted to wrote songs for conferences and events. I have performed at festivals across Australia including Darwin Fringe, Seabreeze, Cresfest and the National. I began performing my poetry in 2014 and in that year won both the Darwin Poetry Cup and Poetry Slam and performed at the National Poetry Slam.
