Moira Shire Council
Moira Shire sits in north central Victoria, bordered by the Murray and Goulburn rivers, and encompassing the glorious flatlands. The four main towns are (east to west) Yarrawonga, Cobram, Numurkah and Nathalia. Each town has a shire funded Creative Arts Hub delivering place-based arts and culture which is truly of and from its local community. The hubs also deliver world class performances and events through direct commissioning and through the RAV touring programmes.
