SHED Talk: Wellbeing for Creatives

Living a creative life? Let’s talk about wellbeing. SHED Talk: Wellbeing for Creatives brings artists together for real conversation and practical insights.

Creative practice can be deeply rewarding, but it also comes with unique pressures. SHED Talk: Wellbeing for Creatives brings together artists and industry professionals for an open, honest conversation about resilience, balance and sustaining a creative life.

This free session features a panel discussion with Tracy Margieson and Bree Baker, facilitated by Michelle Conn, followed by an audience Q&A. Together, they’ll explore the realities of working and living creatively, share lived experiences, and offer practical strategies for maintaining wellbeing across different career stages and disciplines.

Open to artists, creatives, students and arts workers or anyone living a creative life, this is a supportive space to connect, reflect and gain insights you can apply to your own practice.
