Join Tess Duddy and Kim Sargent-Wishart for an afternoon of moving and vocalizing at the beautiful Indented Head Community Hall on the edge of the bay.

Some of the themes we will be playing with:

the dynamic interactions between the movements we make and the sounds we make

moving and sounding from different body systems

expanding and nurturing the instrument of your voice

Tess & Kim facilitate vocal and movement explorations based in embodied anatomy, self-care, improvisation and discovery.

This workshop is for you if you are curious about connecting with your body and voice as expressive movement, and comfortable with trying something new!
