Let's come together as the Regional Arts Victoria community, to reflect on another inspiring year of collaborative achievement.

Our afternoon event includes:

  • Regional Arts Victoria members, partners, Board Members, staff and community, gathering over a drink
  • Our Annual General Meeting reflecting on 2014's inspirations.
  • The launch of our Small Town Transformations book with special guests from Avoca, Dookie, Natimuk, Neerim South and Ouyen, as well as the Hon Martin Foley MP, Minister for Creative Industries, and Ted Baillieu, former Premier and Minister for the Arts.
  • We will also announce the winner of the Joan and Betty Rayner Commission, an initiative of the Australian Children’s Theatre Foundation in partnership with Regional Arts Victoria.

We have scheduled the event on a Saturday afternoon in Melbourne to make it as easy as possible for Members throughout the state to attend. You might like to come in and then head home on the same day, or stay for the weekend and enjoy local arts events including Inspiration by Design: Word and Image from the Victoria and Albert Museum at the State Library of Victoria, The Emerging Writers’ FestivalMelbourne International Jazz FestivalThe WW1 Centenary Exhibition at the Melbourne Museum, Follow the Flag: Australian Artists at War 1914–45 at the National Gallery of Victoria, and more!
