The Regional Arts Australia’s Arts & Edges conference starts this week! Presented by Country Arts WA, this program is teeming with ideas, activities and people to engage with. Want to know where to find the Regional Arts Victoria team? Check out the list of events we are involved in below.

Friday October 17

11.15am: Find our Director Esther Anatolitis at an Arts Practice Powerup. Bring your arts emergency and get advice from a great panel of top arts specialists. Goldfields Arts Centre’s Function Room.

1.30pm: Cultural Partnerships Coordinator Gabriella Calandro and Director Esther Anatolitis will be talking Pecha Kutcha style at this Sum.It.Up. Gabriella will be talking about her work on Regional Arts Victoria’s Regional Cultural Forums and Esther will be talking about her Artistic Leadership adventures to date. Goldfields Arts Centre’s Function Room.

7.00pm: Director Esther Anatolitis chairs the opening keynote with Brian Ritchie and Papermoon Puppet Theatre. Goldfield Arts Centre auditorium.

Saturday October 18

7.30am: The Regional Arts Victoria Breakfast Skillshare: Arts advocacy focus. We’re sharing constructive approaches to power our advocacy for the arts, over a delicious brekkie. Please note this event is fully booked. Café Relish.

9.15am: Regional Arts Victoria General Manager Joe Toohey will feature on Panel 14 – How does the arts sector actually work? WA School of Mines - Auditorium

11.15am: Find our Creative Arts Facilitator in Swan Hill Kim Bennett at this Sum.It.Up. Kim will be talking about recent refugee and multi-cultural cross-cultural engagement in Swan Hill. Goldfields Institute of Technology – Room 716B.

1.30pm: Small Town Transformations Coordinator Joanna Gould will join Panel 17 – Vital signs: Embracing change in towns. WA School of Mines Graduates Hall.
