My Art Therapy Journey - A window into the soul of an Abstract Artist through art therapy, painting, story-telling, photo-taking and blogging..by Karen Robinson www.idoartkarenrobinson.com

My art therapy journey has been an important part of my life in recent years and still will be an important part as the years progress. I am hoping that by sharing my art therapy journey through my abstract paintings, photo-taking, story-telling and blogging will inspire others to take up art as a form of therapy to find their voice - in order to move forward in most difficult of times.  Using art as therapy has brought me now - to a much better place where I find myself being able to seek joy in each day.  As an ongoing process, I blog each week about my art for therapy journey 'moving forward' and expand on how others have used/are using art therapy to assist physical and emotional well-being.  I hope you will join me!

NB:  It would be great if you could visit my weblog Link:  www.idoartkarenrobinson.com where you can find my home page, artist bio, artist statements, abstract painting portfolio, abstract digital photo painting portfolio, artist exhibitions, abstract painting process used, arts practise/materials outline, arts awards, art as therapy information, Melbourne 'Street Art' photo stories photographed by me, my blog and my contact form.
