Individual Membership options:

  • Regional Arts Victoria Membership (without insurance cover): $60
  • Regional Arts Victoria Membership and $10 million insurance cover: $240
  • Regional Arts Victoria Membership and $20 million insurance cover: $340

Individual Membership is $60 per annum, with the option to purchase Products & Public Liability insurance to a $10 million limit for an additional $180 ($240 in total) and to a $20 million limit for an additional $280 ($340 in total). Organisation Members and Supporters - $100-$3,750

To be eligible for Organisation Membership with Regional Arts Victoria, applicants must be:

  1. Incorporated
  2. A not-for-profit or charitable organisation
  3. Based in Victoria, or have their principal place of business in Victoria
  4. Have the promotion of regional arts or cultural pursuits as a primary or principal focus

If you are not eligible for Organisation Membership, you may wish to become a Supporter instead. The Supporter package is for organisations who are not eligible for ordinary Membership of Regional Arts Victoria but still want to access some of the benefits.

Prices include GST. The combined estimated value for Organisation Membership is over $2,500. The combined estimated value of the Supporter package is over $500. Organisation Members and Supporters that join between 1 October and 30 April in any financial year are eligible for pro-rata rates for both Membership and optional Public Liability Insurance fees. Note that Supporters are not eligible to vote at Company meetings and do not have access to insurance.

Insurance for Organisation Members

Regional Arts Victoria offers three insurance policies to Organisation Members:

  1. Association Liability Insurance

  3. OPTIONAL Products & Public Liability Insurance

The fee for optional Products & Public Liability Insurance, in addition to Organisation Membership, is calculated according to the Gross Annual Income of the organisation, as per the table below.

Renewing Individual & Organisation Members

Regional Arts Victoria has launched new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software! Now that we have a more sophisticated database and streamlined administration processes, we’ll be able to spend more time supporting our Members’ specific needs.

How do I renew?

When Individual Members, Supporter Members and Organisation Members are due to renew, a unique link to an online renewal form will be sent to the main contact’s email address.

Our new system allows us to auto-fill all of the details that you previously submitted so that you can easily check that all the information we have is correct, and update any information that has changed.

Individual Member Renewals

Individual Member renewal reminders will be sent via email at the beginning, middle and end of the month that you’re due to renew each year. Once you renew, the remaining reminders for that month will be deactivated.

The unique renewal form link will remain active for 90 days after your Membership expires, so you will still be able to renew late if required. After 90 days you will be required to complete a new application form, which can be found here.

If you’re an Individual Member of Regional Arts Victoria as well as a member of a Regional Arts Victoria Organisation Member, you are eligible for discounted Individual Membership. Please contact us for more information.

Organisation & Supporter Member Renewals
