REGIONAL ARTS VICTORIA ARE RECRUITING!

Regional Arts Victoria is seeking experienced workers impacted/displaced by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to fill numerous roles within the Project Management team for the Creative Workers in Schools program.

Creative Workers in Schools (CWS) is a new creative residency initiative for Creative Workers and Victorian Government schools.

The CWS program is delivered by Regional Arts Victoria (RAV), in partnership with Department of Education and Training (DET) and Creative Victoria through the support of the Victorian Government’s Working for Victoria (WFV) initiative.

Creative Workers in Schools Regional Area Managers (five positions based in different areas across Victoria)

The Regional Area Managers for the Creative Workers in Schools initiative will support local creative workers and schools in a defined region to develop and deliver their residency projects. This will include managing local creative workers, coordinating training and professional development opportunities for creative workers and schools, assist in the development and delivery of the program, dealing with stakeholder enquiries, managing reporting, and ensuring the program meets the needs of local schools across Terms 1, 2 and 3, 2021.

Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager will act as a key support role in Regional Arts Victoria for the duration of the CWS project. The person in this role will be responsible for managing policies, procedures and support for staff employed through the program. This role can be based anywhere in Victoria.

Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for reporting, payments, data entry and related tasks required to administer the payments to staff employed on the CWIS project. This role can be based anywhere in Victoria.

  • Selecting the role, clicking “Apply” and completing the application questions. You will receive a confirmation message when you submit

       4. Receive communications regarding your application

  • Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by Regional Arts Victoria for more information, and/or to participate in an online interview
