Regional Arts Victoria's annual report is more than a compulsory reporting document, it highlights and gives insight into, the hundreds of projects and activities undertaken in regional Victoria by artists, local arts groups, communities and individuals; some old hands at art and some very new to the endeavour. The annual report gives an overview of RAV's major program areas and importantly reflects the enormous range of arts activities being undertaken by artists and communities around the State, giving voice to a distinctive and vibrant regional identity.
