Welcome to Regional Arts Victoria’s March enewsletter.
What a fantastic start to the year we've had! We were delighted to see so many of you at our 2011 launch, and thanks again for attending - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. For those who couldn't make it, the 2011 Launch was a great night and featured performances and projects showcased the work of some of our incredible producers and artists.
Many of our guests travelled across the state to attend, so it was wonderful to hear first hand about all the exciting work that is being produced. We should also make special mention of our host, the extraordinary Moira Finucane, who helped us to make it such a great night for everyone involved.
We also used the evening to launch our new brand, which will be rolled out across the organisation on 1 April. With thanks to Studio Brave, our Graphic Design Partners, we have created a new brand that clearly represents RAV's role as a connecting force for individuals, organisations, and communities. You can take a look below… pretty swish, eh?
In other news, we have been busy getting our 2011 tours on the road. The Malthouse production of A Commercial Farce is off and running, and the fabulous Barry Morgan, organ salesman extraordinaire, has begun spruiking his wares across the state.
