Regional Arts Victoria has membership and insurance packages for individual artists and art groups. All members will have access to support, advice and assistance from our network of Regional Arts Development Officers and centrally-based staff.

Individual Membership
You are eligible for Individual Membership if you are a practicing professional artist (working for profit) and have an ABN (Australian Business Number).
Individual Members receive:
- a subscription to eGroundwork
- a listing on the RAV website to promote their work
- eligibility to apply for Public Liability Insurance
- an on-line account to contribute to on-line forums, post reviews, upload their events on our user-generated calendar, manage their own member profile which will include links to their website, contact details, images and even upload video footage.
Group Membership
To be eligible for Group Membership, groups must be incorporated as a Not-For-Profit organisation, have an arts focus and be regionally or outer metropolitan based.
Group Members receive:
- a subscription to eGroundwork
- a listing on the RAV website to promote the group's work
- volunteer insurance
- eligibility to apply for coverage under Regional Arts Victoria's Umbrella Public Liability Insurance Scheme.
- membership to ourcommunity.com which includes a monthly grants newsletter
- eligibility to vote at Regional Arts Victoria's Annual General Meeting and nominate an RAV Board Director
- membership discounts to attend regional, state and national conferences
- an on-line account to contribute to on-line forums, post reviews, upload their events on our user-generated calendar, manage their own member profile which will include links to their website, contact details, images and even upload video footage.
If a group registers with the Regional Arts Presenters Network they are then eligible to apply for Guarantee Against Loss (Gal 1), an Arts Victoria initiative that provides them with financial assistance to present professional performances.
