Regional Arts Australia National Consultation forum
Regional Arts Australia and Regional Arts Victoria invite you to participate in a national consultation which will inform future directions for our work aimed at strengthening regional communities through arts and culture. This extensive national consultation will explore the role of arts and culture for regional Australians and consider how the arts intersect with areas such as health, education, environment, tourism, technology, Indigenous culture and economic development.
A total of 13 forums, facilitated by Anne Dunn, will be held across regional Australia over June and July this year. In Victoria, these will be held as follows:
Bendigo regional forum, Tuesday 23 June 2009, 10am-2pm
Bendigo Town Hall, Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo
Ballarat regional forum, Wednesday 24 June 2009, 10am-2pm
The Trench Room on the First Floor of the Ballarat Town Hall, Queen Victoria Square, Sturt Street, Ballarat
